Terms And Conditions

FlyRide LTD is a PCO licensed private hire operator, providing a safe, reliable and punctual service to all major airports, stations and all other destinations within the UK.

FlyRide LTD prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the agreed time of pick up when the booking is placed. For all quotations contact our office by email at least 24 hours before the journey commences.

All airport collections / quotes will include a surcharge of £10.00 - £15.00 (varies between different airports) to cover 30 minutes waiting time and car park fees from the agreed meeting time, thereafter you will be charged £6 per additional 15 minutes.

We will monitor and track all flights and adjust the meeting time accordingly, if the flight is early there is no additional charge. For any flight delays there will be additional charges.

Passengers that cannot be located or contacted within 45 minutes after the agreed meeting time will result in the job being cancelled as a no show and the full fare being charged via Debit/Credit Card.

All other pickups other than airport collections (residential / business address) waiting time is free for the first 5 minutes; thereafter 40 pence per minute will apply onto the fare for additional waiting time up to 15 minutes. Passengers that cannot be located or contacted within 20 minute will result in the job being cancelled as a no show and the full fare being charged via Debit/Credit Card.

Fares are quoted at a flat rate. Any diversions; additional pickups or set downs by passengers will be charged a minimum of £5 per diversion.

All our vehicles are fully privately hired insured. Saloon and estate cars are insured for a maximum of 4 passengers. Larger vehicles which can accommodate five to eight passengers are also available upon request. 

FlyRide LTD reserves the right for any driver the right to refuse any passengers having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe whilst in motion. This can also cause delay in organising the appropriate vehicle. This will result in the original service as chargeable as well as an extra charge for a larger vehicle.

Neither FlyRide LTD or any drivers will accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in their vehicles, irrespective of the manner in which the loss / damage is sustained.

Operator & Passenger Contractual Relationship

FlyRide LTD under the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 has a contractual obligation with the passenger(s) to provide the journey which has been booked. There is no contractual agreement between the passenger(s) and the driver directly.

FlyRide LTD shall check that each driver maintains private hire insurance, regulatory and all other compliance obligations required by law as well as Transport for London.

Cancellation:

FlyRide LTD requires at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled collection / pick up time if you wish to cancel or edit your booking. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick up time will be charged at the full rate. Prices are liable to change without prior notice.

Tours & Transfers operated without a private guide

Cancellation or exchange requests made with less than 48 hours notice before the confirmed tour or event date are subject to a fee of 100% of the total cost of the booking.

Our associated tour partners & guides all offer different cancellation policies. Please make a direct enquiry with us or the associated partner if you have booked directly with them.

Penalty Charges:

FlyRide LTD adopts a non-smoking policy in each of their vehicles. Drivers will charge a violation fee of £50.00 for non-compliance. Damage or fouling (e.g. vomiting) of their vehicle will be charged at £150.00.

FlyRide LTD reserves the right to levy a 50 - 100% surcharge on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Other:

Please note, babies are counted as passengers, therefore will need a space within the vehicle. Please ensure you book the right size vehicle when placing your booking.

The passenger must specify child’s age when placing any bookings.

Passengers are strongly advised to give enough time for their journey, especially passengers travelling to the airport.

All prices quoted are per vehicle.

Payments taken via debit/credit card are via a secure server.

A booking/reservation may only be altered or cancelled with the permission of the company. This can be done by email or by phone.

All drivers from FlyRide LTD travel by the shortest route unless specifically instructed to do so by their client. Traffic conditions are constantly monitored to help avoid any delays in your travels, which may involve a diversion.

FlyRide LTD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any terms and conditions previously in use but later amended or changed have no legal basis.

Payments via cash are available after a deposit via debit/credit card has been made.
